This years races for the championship are:
- 10th May Sorbrook 10k
- 15th July Senic Drive 7ml(evening race)
- 2nd August Brecon 10ml
- 21st November Elan Valley 10ml

Entries will be taken on the day of the event only in the following categories:
Senior Men,    Master Men 35-39,    Master Men 40-49,
Master Men 50-59,     Master Men 60+,    
Senior Women,    Master Women 35-44,     Master Women 45-54,
Master Women 55+
Medals for first 3 in each category for each race.
Overall Winners in each category based on best scores in 3 out of 4 races.
Only athlete's with East Wales qualification will be eligible.
