Get yourself noticed by submitting your race times to Martyn Jenkins the East Wales Rankings Officer.
- Current Standings
If you run any Certified races of 5k, 5Ml, 10k, 10Ml, Half marathon, 20ml or Full Marathon just send Martyn
your time along with your sex and age catagory in that race and where you ran the race.
It doesn't matter how old you are or how slow you think you are!
In the past East Wales has had to make selection for events just using the local knowledge of the selectors,
which means if they don't know about YOU or how good you are you could have missed out.
By submitting YOUR results you could end up being selected for the Region at Road races around the country.
All age groups are required for these events not just the Fastest Runners out there.
So don't forget, give yourself a chance contact Martyn by e-mail.

We are a sociable running club based in Chepstow, Monmouthshire, SE Wales.

We have a membership of more than 150, of varying levels of performance.
