Forest trails 5 miles (road shoes OK).

Start from Mallards Pike Lake on B4431 between Blakeney on A48 and Parkend, Forest of Dean.

All proceeds in aid of Forest of Dean Victim Support. Organised by Syd Wheeler (01594 530644).

Fun Run for children, parents £1.
