*NOTE* Ideally, records are set on officially measured courses in open races, but some of the times listed here (highlighted) were set on Club nights on the Severn Bridge and were unofficially measured with a surveyor's wheel. We have recently found that these tend to be under-distance by just under 1%. The 'target time' is the equivalent time allowing for a 1% adjustment and is shown as the target time for new claims.
